This cake is one of our all-time favourites because it tastes like a Snickers bar without all the mixed guilty feelings ? It has a crunchy peanut base, a salted caramel thick cream made from dates and peanut butter complemented by a chocolate ganache cream. The result? An explosive cake that tastes ridiculously divine.

As all our cakes, this cake has no eggs, no lactose, no gluten, no added sugars, preservatives and it was prepared using temperatures under 46 C, so that all vitamins, enzymes, minerals and nutrients remain intact. We would almost call it vegan, but it contains roughly two tablespoons of organic honey.
